Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Performance Management, Goal Management, and Succession & Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting key talent management modules while ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Configure, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules including: - Performance Management (PM) - Goal Management (GM) - Succession & Development (SD) Set up and manage: - Goal plans and performance forms - Calibration templates - Succession data models - Talent pools and development plans - Lead or support end-to-end implementations and system enhancements across PMGM and SD modules - Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for HR teams and end-users - Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and best practices to drive adoption - Ensure data accuracy, process integrity, and compliance with internal and external policies - Analyze and report on performance, succession, and development metrics to support talent strategy decisions Required Skills & Experience: - 6–8 years of experience in SAP Suc...
