We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in our Fernley, NV. Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for directly supervising the work of 1 to 7 Maintenance Technicians. Delegating work orders and preventive maintenance orders to the Maintenance Technicians. Expected hours of work 40 hours a week with possibility of overtime, variable shifts. Travel for training or other plant observations when necessary. Duties and Responsibilities: - Direct Supervision of Maintenance Personnel. - Assist in Training and Development of Maintenance Personnel. - Direct and coordinate activities associated with maintenance department. - Conduct daily pre-shift meetings. - Delegate work orders to Maintenance Personnel and Production Co-Workers as needed. - Schedule and delegate preventive maintenance task for all plant equipment. - Supervisor plant safety rules and regulations- especially lockout/tagout - Work with Carlisle Engineering to troubleshoot issues, equipment upgrades and new ins...
