Job Description: Client Service Manager We are seeking a proactive and leadership-oriented Client Service Manager to oversee office operations across our client locations. The ideal candidate will not only manage day-to-day mailroom, print production, and inventory workflows but also lead the onsite team, optimize operational processes, and ensure a high standard of service delivery. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who enjoys balancing physical logistics with administrative oversight and team development. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Site Management: - Team Oversight: Lead and mentor Client Service Associates, ensuring all daily tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. - Operational Continuity: Manage scheduling and staffing; must be willing to train staff at both locations and provide coverage/oversight as needed. - Environment: Maintain a professional presence in an open-plan office; must be comfortable working in proximity to animals (dogs and cats).
