USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app This is a part-time hourly position, without benefits, at the UNH InterOperability Lab in the EmBase Industry segment. The UNH InterOperability Lab (UNH-IOL) has been testing Networking and Communications since 1988. Fully owned by the University of New Hampshire, the lab receives 100% of its funding from commercial companies in exchange for professional and testing services. The availability of the position is contingent upon funding. This position will report to one or more of the UNH-IOL managers, and you will be assigned to your manager upon hire date. This entry-level position will work with the Senior Operations Manager to assist with employee onboarding, salesforce oversight, managing employee reviews as well as assisting Operations Managers with reservation management. Duties/Responsibilities: Customer Support/Reservation Management (70%): Interface with customers from member companies to facilitate scheduling reservations.
