As an: Implementation Coordinator , you’ll play a critical role in bringing Luxer One’s smart locker systems to life across multifamily, commercial, retail, and university properties nationwide. You will serve as the primary point of contact, and customer champion, immediately after the customer's purchase is finalized. Your principal responsibility will involve coordinating the delivery and installation of our products. This objective will be achieved through consistent communication with customers, the relaying and verification of site readiness requirements, and the adherence to, or exceeding of, customer requested installation timelines.
