Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for a Test Manager to oversee the testing strategy, planning, and execution across a portfolio of healthcare systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable software. This role requires deep understanding of healthcare workflows, data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and interoperability standards. The Test Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that all systems meet clinical, operational, and technical requirements. This is a fully remote US-based position with core hours of operation from Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM ET.
