Provide case management and service coordination to members living with mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders. Work Location: Dallas, TX around the Medical District, Main Street District, Arts District, Design District, South Dallas, East Dallas, Old East Dallas, Oak Cliff, Oak Lawn, Turtle Creek, or Dallas Uptown area. Flexible Work Environment: Work from home and engage via IN-PERSON member visits. Mileage reimbursement is provided when traveling to see members. Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm (CST). NO Evenings, NO Weekends, NO On-Call shifts, NO Holidays.
