About the Job The Learning Portfolio Manager (LPM) acts as the strategic architect and primary liaison between Red Hat’s global business units and the Product and Technical Learning (PTL) organization. You will be responsible for driving the "What" and the "Why" of our learning offerings—ensuring that our training, certifications, and credentials align perfectly with business goals and customer needs. As an LPM, you don't just manage a list of courses; you manage the learning journeys that develop the right skills for each learner. You will build high-trust relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into a cohesive roadmap for associates, partners, and customers. What You Will Do: Strategic Liaison & Relationship Management: Serve as the central point of contact between PTL and various stakeholder groups (Engineering, Sales, Ecosystem, Product Business Units, etc.). Advocacy: Drive stakeholder awareness of the learning portfolio and champion the value of enablement programs.
