Job description
Your Role: As a member of the Research and Development team, you will have the opportunity to play a key, hands on role in performing scientific experiments that lead to the next generation of CAR-T cell therapies. You will be responsible for human immune cell isolation and culture, tumor cell line culture and maintenance, carrying out advanced methods of T cell activity analysis, and using gene transfer techniques including lentiviral gene vector design and LNP-based gene delivery. These research and therapeutic T cell development pathways utilize new and innovative technologies developed in-house, such as flow cytometry, advanced imaging, and automated cell processing in static and active cultures. The incumbent will have the opportunity to interact with a highly diverse and collaborative team of scientists focused on research and development of novel cell and gene therapies, to contribute to scientific publications, development of clinic-ready and commercial cell therapy products, and to grow professionally.
