Job description

- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, as required to meet the needs of the Company’s business operations. - Helps ensure compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Sales department. - Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all Shaner Hotels, franchise, and hotel/departmental policies and procedures. - Monitor staff performance in all phases of service and job functions, ensuring that all procedures are carried out to departmental standards; rectify any deficiencies with respective personnel. - Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to function, make introduction and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable. - Coordinate group's requests for additions/changes to scheduled arrangements and in accordance with departmental standards. - Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond accurately to any guest inquiry. - Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale. - Meet with clients to work out the details of their functions.
