About the role: The HR Generalist is a true generalist with experience and / or familiarity with all things HR. The role will provide HR business partner support for the Services organization while also supporting HR operations across benefits administration and compliance. This role will play a key part in managing retirement plans, regulatory reporting, and HR systems while partnering with leaders to support workforce initiatives. Responsibilities: Retirement Plan Administration: - Manage administration of the company 401(k) plan, including employee support, vendor coordination, and plan compliance. - Support preparation and filing of Form 5500 and assist with retirement plan audits.
