Job Summary: The Director of Demand Generation will lead Semtech’s B2B demand generation function, overseeing a team of 6–8 marketers across ABM, channel marketing, digital and outbound marketing, and web experience. This role is responsible for developing and executing an integrated demand generation strategy that drives qualified pipeline and supports Semtech’s revenue objectives across Tier 1, Tier 2, and mass market segments.
