This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week. This role will partner closely with the business’s senior leadership team across Puerto Rico and Charlotte to shape and execute people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This leader will operate as the primary People partner for the business, balancing strategic influence with hands-on execution. The organization is evolving, and this role requires someone who is comfortable navigating change, bringing structure where needed, and helping leaders make thoughtful, people-centered decisions.
