Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Performance-Based Job Description: Powder Coat Team Lead Objective: Support the powder coating operations by leading a team of operators and technicians to achieve production goals, maintain quality standards, and ensure safety compliance under the direction of the Production Manager. Performance Goals: Production Support: - Assist in meeting daily production targets by ensuring team members follow established procedures and efficiently operate equipment. - Proactively address minor issues to maintain smooth operations, escalating significant concerns to the Production Manager as needed. Quality Assurance: - Conduct regular inspections of coated products to ensure they meet quality standards. - Support team members in maintaining high-quality output by providing guidance and training on quality procedures.
