Lead Clinical Research RN - Tumor Research Institute

Job description

Provides operational leadership to the assigned Clinical Research RN team. Works in collaboration with Clinical Nurse Specialist to develop and implement clinical research nursing practice standards. Collaborates with manager in developing study and visit assignments. Works collaboratively with Manager and Clinical Nurse Specialist to inform and participate in opportunities for quality improvement. Collaborates with internal departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork. Supports training and onboarding of Clinical Research RNs in the proper conduct of research studies collaboratively with Clinical Nurse Specialist and Manager.
