We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team for the upcoming season. Key Responsibilities: - Manage telephone reservations - Welcome customers upon arrival - Escort customers to their reserved tables - Attend to guests’ needs (e.g., checkroom service, etc.) - Assist with information requests Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in the same role in luxury hotels and/or fine dining restaurants - Excellent communication skills - Strong teamwork skills - Determination to achieve goals - Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred - Strong attention to detail - Ability to adapt to various situations - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations - Basic Computer-Literacy skills Benefits: - Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
