As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional care to our residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like setting within our Memory Care Neighborhood. Community Needs: Part-time/Full-time , 2pm-10pm / 10p-6a Weekends required -Per-diem all Shifts Wage Range: $19.25–$20.50 per hour Requirements: As a community associate at Benchmark, you will have access to a variety of benefits including, but not limited to, the following: *Eligibility may vary by employment status - Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. - Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. - Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care. - Other duties as needed. - Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required - Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required - Previous e...
