Road Freight Operation Executive

Job description

We are looking for a Road Freight Operations Executive to join our team in İstanbul, Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end road freight operations, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring efficient coordination of domestic and international shipments, and optimizing costs while delivering high-quality service across our road freight network. Your Responsibilities: Develop road freight sales and pricing relationships, and identify new opportunities. Manage road freight operations and documentation processes. Support the Sales Team and identify target agents. Maintain supplier relationships, guide purchasing activities, and ensure competitive costs. Monitor freight capacities and provide appropriate prices and alternatives. Follow up on customer and supplier accounts, and coordinate with finance and accounting. Create, archive, and control files, ensuring profit and loss management. Prepare regular operational reports and present them to the manager.
