Clinic hours are: Monday-Thursday-6am-6:30pm Friday-6am-5pm: New and experienced Pelvic Health Therapists welcome to apply Candidate will need to have 2 closing shifts per week, until 6:30pm (Monday-Thursday) and will need to assist with inpatient coverage-weekly/holiday/weekends as needed Pay Range: $41.10 - $61.65 Major Responsibilities: - Interprets physician referrals and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations utilizing appropriate methods. - Establishes a plan of care and implements individual treatment based on evaluation results and functional goals. - Monitors and evaluates outcomes and appropriately adjusts the individualized treatment plan based on the patient's response to treatment and provides status updates to physicians.
