Your Role Gensler Phoenix is currently seeking an experienced Technical Designer (Job Captain) with a successful track record and well-rounded , broad architectural background with project experience in multiple typologies, including , but not limited to workplace, hospitality and multifam ily . In this position, you will collaborate with a team of designers and architects to produce technical documentation and communicate project progress to team members, ensuring our projects exceed client expectations. What You Will Do: Produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction projects Provide project team coordination for incorporating design intent into construction documentation, assign tasks, and lead technical drawings Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues and maintain quality control during construction Coordinate and d irect consultants, specification writers to meet overall project objectives Collaborate with Contractors, Fabricators and Regulatory Agencies /3rd party teams Utilize hand sketches and 3D software, and Revit to communicate design concepts Your Qualifications: 5 – 10 years of rel...
