GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY: Maintain physical and systematic warehouse stock control and inventory. Maintain accurate and consistent movement of all inbound and outbound materials. Level 1: - Receive materials and supplies from vendors; enter receipts into warehouse computer system. - Process all paperwork through the Enterprise Resource Planning tool for all business platforms. - Maintain delivery and shipping records. - Maintain warehouse inventory of all supplies stored in any CRL warehouse. - Assist in establishing and maintaining stock and inventory control. - Monitor and stock on hand fulfillment supplies to assure availability for daily order filling. - Pull and stage materials for all outside processes. Support any Kan-Ban efforts. - Process returned goods from clients. Communicate requirements to Business units and Purchasing. Initiate NCE’s as required. - Work with Sourcing and Supply Planning in researching delivery concerns and receipt discrepancies. - Communicate to expedite supply flow. - Make recommendations regarding process improvement and actively participate in continuous improvement activities. - Assist in daily cycle counts as required. - Participate i...
