Director - Lead-to-Order Platforms (CPQ, Services & Contractual lifecycle) Description -: Job Summary: The Director, Lead-to-Order Transformation will lead the modernization of global pricing and contracting operations, transforming them from manual processes into a strategic, data-driven, AI-enabled enterprise capability. Role Purpose: Lead the modernization of global pricing operations by transforming pricing from a manual operating function into a strategic, data-driven, AI-enabled enterprise capability. The role combines pricing strategy, execution discipline, governance, CPQ/quoting modernization, contract life cycle management , cloud architecture, API-first integration, SOX-compliant controls, and agentic AI delivery to improve margin realization, quote velocity, compliance, and sales productivity.
