Job Details The Chair, Undergraduate Programs reports directly to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Lehigh Valley with secondary consultation from the Dean and other Associate Deans. The Department Chair is responsible for the provision of leadership and direction in the planning, development, and delivery of academic programs while maintaining fiscal awareness and excellence in teaching and learning practices within the Department. The Chair is accountable for program compliance with all professional and accreditation standards, guidelines, and benchmarks consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the Jefferson College of Nursing. The Chair, in accordance with University Policy, is responsible for securing, supporting, evaluating, and maintaining a faculty and staff who deliver high-quality academic programming and services. Responsibilities Include: Facilitate the master scheduling of all courses based on curriculum pathways and enrollment projections. Assign faculty workload within the Department.
