Industrial Project Sales Manager

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Project Sales Manage r to join our growing commercial organization. In this role, you will take ownership of industrial project sales activities, manage complex customer relationships, and drive commercial growth across large-scale projects. You will play a key role in supporting strategic business development initiatives while contributing to the achievement of ambitious commercial targets. Your Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end industrial project sales processes from opportunity identification to contract closure. - Own and drive the project pipeline to ensure timely and profitable project execution. - Conduct regular customer visits and joint customer meetings with the Field Sales team. - Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, EPC companies, contractors, and strategic partners. - Lead commercial negotiations while optimizing pricing strategies and profit margins. - Coordinate closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Pricing, and Customer Service teams. - Ensure accurate CRM reporting including customer visits, opportunity tracking, and meeting documentation. - Monitor pipeline performance, forecas...
