Role description: Arcadis is seeking an experienced Construction Cost Controls Manager to support major data center and mission critical capital programs . This role will provide hands-on construction cost controls support across leased data center facilities, tenant fit-outs, retrofits, technology modernization, connectivity work, ground-up data center construction, and associated infrastructure. The Construction Cost Controls Manager will support budget management, cost forecasting, invoice review, change order analysis, risk documentation, financial reporting, accruals, compliance documentation, data quality, purchase order support, and financial closeout activities.
