Job Summary: The Senior Manager, HRIS & People Analytics is a hands-on HRIS leader responsible for delivering the company’s HRIS transition and supporting ongoing system operations and analytics. This role oversees system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting, while partnering with HR, IT, Finance, and external service partners to ensure successful implementation and long-term effectiveness. The role also owns day-to-day HRIS operations, maintenance, continuous improvement, and system scalability to support the company’s evolving business needs. Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end Workday transition project, including planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. - Oversee ongoing Workday operations, maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement in partnership with HR, IT, and service providers. - Partner with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into Workday requirements and configuration changes. - Manage Workday integrations with other business systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and seamless data flow. - Support day-to-day Workday operations, including issue resolution, system audits, upg...
