As a hands-on, people-focused Donor Centre Manager at our Regent Arcade Donor Centre, you will lead a team of up to 50 direct reports, shaping a culture where both donors and staff feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve excellence every day. What you’ll do: - Lead the quality, safety, and operational performance of blood donation and blood products. - Coach, mentor, and develop a large, diverse team (up to 50 employees), driving continuous improvement across key service performance indicators (KPIs). - Roster and deploy staff efficiently to meet donor attendance, skill mix, and operational demands. - Foster a safe, collaborative environment where employees can communicate openly, share ideas, and grow. - Be a change leader – clearly explaining the “why” and supporting your team through operational or process improvements. - Build strong relationships with internal and ext...
