Lead Product Designer - AI Copilot

As a Lead Product Designer for our AI team, you will take a systems-oriented approach to define the vision for creating a best-in-class Copilot experience. You will help rethink how Copilot experiences across all modalities reshape the work of customer support agents and Zendesk admins in an AI-first world. You will collaborate closely with other designers in the space to ensure an optimal and consistent end-to-end experience. Your role will be vital to creating a differentiated CX experience where AI-assisted workflows dramatically simplifies the role of agents and admins.
