Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Tax to build and lead Omada’s tax function. In this player-coach role you will own all aspects of U.S. direct tax (income & franchise) while ensuring multistate indirect-tax compliance. You will design scalable, SOX-ready processes, manage external advisors, and serve as the company’s primary tax voice as we grow into new products, states, and new markets. About You: You are a detail-oriented tax professional who thrives in fast-moving environments. You translate complex rules into practical guidance, cultivate strong relationships across the business, and excel at managing outside firms to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget. Your deep ASC 740 expertise is matched by enough indirect-tax know-how to keep a remote-first, multi-state company compliant and audit-ready.
