Applied Innovation is seeking a detail-oriented, self-directed, and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team in Grand Rapids. This role partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage assigned projects and ensure exceptional client experience during large office solutions product deployments and internal projects. This is a full-time, onsite position located at 3223 Kraft Ave, Grand Rapids, MI, with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Operations PMO Manager to understand the objectives of assigned projects and the roles and responsibilities of all project stakeholders. - Ensure project goals, scope, and requirements are clearly defined, documented, and agreed upon by all relevant stakeholders. - Coordinate large-scale deployments and onboarding initiatives in accordance with customer requirements, contracts, and bid specifications. - Align internal teams, third-party partners, and vendors to ensure seamless and effective project execution. - Monitor project scope to ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed-upon parameters. - Utilize Teamwork Projects software t...
