Business Manager Location: Lambeth: Salary: £43,000: Ingeus are currently looking for a Business Manager to motivate and support a professional and operational team to achieve high performance and exceed all contractual targets, including compliance and customer service standards, through highly effective communication and leadership. You will oversee participant engagement and operational daily management of site, ensuring every participant receives the best possible service through tailored, comprehensive support to give them the right tools to quickly move into sustainable employment.
