JOBSUMMARY: Administer, direct, lead, manage, organize, plan, and supervise all Front Service functions to achieve and maintain the highest level of courteous, professional, and efficient service to all guests. Performs all duties in accordance with Caesars Entertainment policies. Qualifications: Business or Hotel related degree is desired. Minimum three years previous supervisory or management experience in a hotel environment preferred. Two to three years previous customer service experience required, with an emphasis in the hospitality industry preferred. Must possess excellent oral, written and communication skills. Must be able to get along well with co-workers and workas a team. PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft’s Word and Excelrequired. Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
