Description Classification: Exempt: Reports To: Sr. VP of Sales Job Summary: This is a position located at the general office of Riverence Provisions LLC. This person works within the organization managing and facilitating customer orders. Riverence is a fully vertically integrated company controlling all aspects of its food business from inception to market. Essential Functions: - Manage the securing of orders from customers and fielding any complaints that they have with the primary goal of customer retention. - Manage potential customer samples. - Communicate pricing, provide product information, coordinate deviated delivery sched-ules, handle complaints using discretion to appease customers in each unique circum-stance based on their best judgment in a timely manner to retain customers. - Provide timely follow-up with necessary company departments. - Handle a number of accounts and strive to build a healthy business relationship with buy-ers speaking with many at least weekly. - Make significant decisions negotiating prices, obligating the company to freight costs, etc. - Negotiate price with other customers on misrouted products. - Investigate shipment claims to determine faul...
