Classification Title: Postdoctoral Associate Classification Minimum Requirements: The appointee must have received the doctorate in a field appropriate to the assigned duties and responsibilities. Job Description: The Postdoctoral Associate will work on a project to investigate and quantify neurochemicals in live brain tissue using fast-scan cyclic voltammetry (FSCV) and fiber photometry. The project(s) will integrate pharmacological and behavioral studies with real-time neurochemical measurements to clarify: 1) chemical mechanisms that underlie brain function, 2) how the dynamic nature of the recording environment affects the chemical measurements themselves. Expected Salary: Commensurate with education and experience.
