About the Role: As Director of Leasing, you will lead Fluidstack’s global leasing strategy and execution to secure multi-GW data center capacity. You will source, negotiate, and close complex leases that deliver reliable, large-scale infrastructure for frontier AI workloads. Working closely with site selection, power diligence, development, finance, legal, and commercial teams, you will build a multi-GW pipeline and ensure each lease meets our technical standards, delivery timelines, and customer commitments.
