Description Shifts currently open: Full Time: Friday-Tuesday 2pm-10pm SUMMARY: Responsible for the care and supervision of adolescent male residents ages 12-17 with a mental health diagnosis in a residential group home environment. Duties include ensuring that a therapeutic environment is maintained in conformity to health, safety, and nutrition requirements. Adheres to the core values and trauma sensitive practices and presents as a role model for the youth in the community residence and community. Assists in meal prep, recreational activities, and skill building services. Training is provided.
