Job Description: We are looking for a Director of Service & Construction to join our Asset Quality and Service team supporting our Operations teams in Las Vegas, NV . - Specific areas of ownership and expertise include but are not limited to operations support, support of and education in adherence to property P&L, support of CNOI, EGI and CSAT goal metrics and team member development. - Leadership and supervisory roles in project management, construction management, design build oversight, contracting, vendor management, budgeting, casualty response, insurance claim oversight, and EH&S support.
