About the Role: - FIFO 2:1 Roster - Immediate start - Pivotal and diverse role working with a supportive team Responsibilities: - Review contract documentation and project plans to prepare quantity needs and estimated costs. - Estimate the quantity and costs of labour and materials. - Prepare variations to contracts and related documents. - Assisting in setting budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials. - Track and understand changes in the schedule and construction methods to regularly update cost forecasts and to substantiate claims for variations, delays or otherwise. - Document progress, materials and preparing project reports. - Prepare and submit payment claims in line with works c...
