Homelift Building Surveyor Exeter | Full-Time | Salary up to £41,406 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits | Company Vehicle Provided We’re seeking a technically minded Homelift Building Surveyor to join our growing team. With strong experience in structural works / construction environments, and CDM compliance. You’ll conduct thorough, invasive feasibility surveys to assess safety, compliance, and structural requirements, producing precise survey documentation that enables seamless, right-first-time installations. This role is ideal for experienced surveyors or skilled structural trades professionals seeking a challenging, varied, and impactful surveyor role. What You’ll Do: · Carry out invasive technical building surveys for our award winning through-floor domestic lift installations to assess installation feasibility. · Identify structural integrity, including lifting floors and tracing M&E services, feasibility risks, deterioration and compliance issues.
