Description Job Summary: Cary Medical Center is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resources, Employee Health Department, and Volunteer Services. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR, Employee Health, and Volunteer services that support our staff and organizational goals. Essential Duties: Human Resources Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files. - Assist with onboarding processes including new hire documentation, orientation coordination, background checks, and employee file creation. - Maintain and update employee records in compliance with HR policies and regulatory standards. - Track and maintain licensure, certification, and training records to ensure staff compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements. - Prepare reports and documentation as needed for audits, compliance, and intern...
