Job Title: BSA/AML Operations Manager Duration: 03+ Months Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid) Pay rate: $68/hr on W2 Requirements: What You Bring - Strengthen and lead the development of BSA/AML program elements to support the growth of the bank. These program elements include but are not limited to enhancing controls to prevent and detect potential money laundering activity, implementation of client risk rating methodologies, 3rd party oversight, and Know Your Customers (‘KYC') programs. - Responsible for coordinating and monitoring day-to-day BSA/AML compliance along with managing all aspects of the BSA/AML compliance program, including managing the bank's compliance with BSA regulatory requirements. - Lead BSA/AML/OFAC risk assessments for new and improved product and service development enterprise-wide, including evaluating inherent risk and exposure as well as applicable control environment or control augmentations needed for feasible execution and launch of products and services. - Responsible for ensuring that third-party service providers are complying with the requirements of BSA/AML and OFAC. - Serve as the BSA/AML/OFAC SME on enterprise-wide programs and projects - Provide day...
