*PLEASE NOTE - This is a hybrid position that will require up to 3 days/week in our Richardson, Texas office* The Employee Benefits Account Manager – Small Group Health & Individual Disability/Life is responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of small group employee benefits and individual disability/life clients consisting of dentists and dental practices. This role partners closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service, ensure compliance, and support renewals and ongoing client needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is growth-oriented, and enjoys supporting team success. Your Impact: - Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned small group employee benefits and individual disability/life clients - Manage renewals for groups, including gathering census data, preparing renewal comparisons, and supporting plan design discussions - Coordinate with carriers on quotes, underwriting, enrollments, eligibility updates, billing issues, and plan changes - Support open enrollment activities including employee materials, carrier coordination, and implementation timelines - Handle ongoing service needs such as e...
