Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier consulting professionals. The ideal candidate is results-driven, collaborative, and well-versed in the accounting and advisory talent landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for experienced hires in areas such as Accounting Advisory, Business Transformation, Risk Advisory, Cybersecurity, Transaction Services, Valuation, and Tax. - Collaborate with hiring leaders to define talent needs and develop customized sourcing strategies. - Support the recruiting team to achieve performance goals and hiring KPIs. - Maintain alignment with CFGI’s brand, mission, and values in all candidate interactions. - Build proactive talent pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, and other recruiting platforms. - Analyze recruiting data and provide reporting on metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and sourcing effectiveness. - Partner with marketing and leadership to promote CFGI's employer brand across digital and in-person channels. - Ensure a high-touch, whit...
