Description Job Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and hands-on partner supporting employees in a light manufacturing environment at our Code 3 facility in St. Louis. This role is responsible for aligning HR practices with operational goals while managing core HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, performance management, payroll administration, compliance, benefits coordination, and workforce development. The HRBP works closely with plant leadership to support a productive, safe, and engaged workforce. Essential Responsibilities and Functions: Human Resources Partnership: - Partner with plant leadership to support business objectives, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives. - Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on employee relations, attendance, performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions. - Support organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. - Promote a positive workplace culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and respect.
