The Role: Crescendo is building an agentic billing system that collects operational metrics and presents a billing dashboard for our customers. Crescendo is an AI-native contact center platform that is offered with outcome-based pricing. The billing dashboard will show CX outcomes and projections while also providing detailed billing information.
