DevOps Engineer Job Overview: The DevOps Engineer owns BS&A Software’s CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, Azure SaaS infrastructure provisioning, and internal developer tooling across our full product portfolio — Cloud ERP, BS&A Payments, BS&A Online, and prior-generation on-premises desktop applications. The immediate priority is taking full ownership of release deployments, pipeline management, and build/packaging processes, including leading the near-term migration from TFVC to Git. Longer term, this role drives modernization through self-service tooling, standardized pipeline templates, and deployment patterns that improve velocity and reduce risk. This individual reports to the Director of Engineering and works closely with the SRE, Platform Development Team, and development teams to ensure the delivery pipeline supports both product velocity and the stability expectations of BS&A’s municipal government customer base.
