Electrical Designer

As an Electrical Designer , you will be a key contributor in designing, integrating, and supporting industrial automation systems from concept through commissioning. What you’ll do: - Design and integrate electrical systems for industrial automation projects - Develop clear, well-organized electrical schematics using AutoCAD - Lay out power cabinets, select electrical components, and size conductors for feeder and branch circuits - Apply sound electrical design practices in compliance with NEC codes and regulations - Create and maintain organized project documentation, including drawing templates, title blocks, drawing lists, and bills of material - Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers, purchasing, electricians, and assembly technicians to optimize system design and performance - Partner with engineering leadership and finance to develop project schedules and support bid proposals - Develop Supplier Scope of Work (SSOW) documents for electrical contractors when required - Provide project leadership and coordination as needed - Interface directly with customers during commissioning,...
