We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive technical excellence within our Forecasting team, while developing a relatively junior group into a cohesive, high performing unit. In this role, you will combine hands-on technical leadership with coaching and business alignment, ensuring scalable ML solutions that deliver real value. About the Role: As a Tech Lead you will be responsible for guiding the team across Data Science, Data Engineering, and MLOps, shaping both ways of working and technical direction. You’ll act as a coach, mentor, and key partner to the business - bridging knowledge gaps and ensuring the team focuses on the right problems.
