About the role: Oversee and conduct production and warehousing activities within the respective shift. Your responsibility: Conduct operational warehousing and production (bulk (un-)loading, filling, mixing and blending) activities within the respective shifts. - Contribute to the delivery of EBITDA targets, cashflow and budgets. - Lead Quality & Compliance matters on site ensuring review, implementation & adherence to management systems to ensure conformance to ISO, BRC, environmental standards. - Have responsibility for Health & Safety across the site, including employees and visitors, and implementation of controls and procedures to ensure a safe & healthy working environment. - Initiate and monitor corrective/preventative actions to ensure Quality/Compliance systems are effective through liaison with customers, suppliers, hauliers, etc. - Implement a program of Internal Quality audits across all aspects of the depot. - Lead Monthly Safety/Compliance meetings and implement any improvements/ amendments required as a result. - Define and drive operational & quality/ improvement plans - Organise, lead and control a team of operational staff covering warehousing and logistics. - Lia...
