Foundation Risk Partners , one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Receptionist to their George Petersen Insurance Agency team in Fort Bragg, CA. Job Summary: This position is responsible for receiving visitors, ascertaining their needs and directing them accordingly. Essential Functions: - Greet visitors, determine their needs and direct them to the proper person or office. - Receive all telephone calls incoming to the agency and refer call to the proper person or office. - Route incoming faxes - Take messages for agency personnel. - Assist mailroom in opening and sorting mail - Pull and distribute documents from carrier websites - Process MVRs including confirming requests are complete and maintaining MVR log per agency procedure. - Perform other clerical and job-related duties, or special projects, as required. - Employees are responsible for adherence to the stated expectations of the E&O Plus Quality Management Program. - The employee is responsible for adherence to the agency procedures and processes.
